Sizing Processing: greige yarn is primary from AGY, CPIC, Bicheng, etc, with sizing and combining two working procedure. To ensure qualification rate, we strictly control speed, temperature, pulp consistency, tension and any other technical data, so that we could avoid breakage, fluff and rolled ends in weaving.

Weaving processing: It is key to quality control. To achieve quality, we select advanced jet weaving machine, and have almost harsh control of live axle, workshop condition, and standard operation.

Quality control: Companies focus on product quality, and set up branch of a set of perfect quality management system, from raw materials to finished products. Quality center is equipped with oven, muffle furnace, white and many other measuring devices.

Post treatment: key to gluing rate. We select advanced equipment with Pre desizing, smoulder, surface-treatment three working procedure. By strict control of temperature, speed, time, concentration and refined scalability of quality, we promise that all the technique indicators are equal or better than the national standard.
